There are additional disbursements that may be applicable to your Real Estate transaction, please see below for a list of ones that may affect your legal fees:
- Real Property Report: New or Updated with a compliance stamp
- Encroachment Agreement: Let our team coordinate with the respective parties to ensure your property can be sold
- Estoppel Certificate: The condo corporation provides a certified document that explains condo fees, payment schedule and whether there are any unpaid fees
- Insurance Certificate: Applicable to Condominium Sale
- Bridge Financing: When there is a gap between the time your existing home is sold and your new property is purchased
- Title Insurance: Your lender will advise if this is required
- Second Mortgage: Required to be registered on title
- First Time Home Buyer's Incentive: Required to be registered on title like a Mortgage
